Personal information we may use
Reservation and service requests may require information needed to handle the requested transfer.
- The booking contact's full name, telephone number and email address
- The full names of additional passengers, where provided
- Pickup and destination details and selected location coordinates
- Transfer date and time, passenger count and child/baby seat request
- Selected vehicle, route, price and reservation status information
- Optional flight number and reservation note, when supplied
Why we use this information
Information is used to receive and manage reservation requests, arrange and provide the requested transfer, communicate about the reservation, handle approvals, changes, cancellations or service-related requests, and carry out operational steps necessary for the transfer.
Necessary sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the driver or relevant service provider when reasonably necessary to arrange and perform the requested transfer. The website also uses technical services such as Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for reservation emails, HeiGIT/OpenRouteService and Google Maps Platform for location, route and map functions, and OpenStreetMap for fallback map display. Only information needed for the relevant function is sent to these services.
Retention and security
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable operational or legal obligations. It may then be deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information. Anyone with access to a reservation tracking link may see the reservation summary, so the link should not be shared.
Requests about your information
You may contact HS VIP through the contact channels published on the website with questions or requests concerning your personal information, including access, correction or deletion requests. Requests are considered subject to applicable circumstances and obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The public website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing trackers. To prevent duplicate reservations, sessionStorage temporarily holds only a random booking-attempt ID and a one-way form fingerprint; no personal data or raw form content is stored. The admin session cookie is used only for authorised admin access and is not intended for public visitors.
